Carducci Suite Viareggio

An Art Nouveau home on the Passeggiata in Viareggio, 50 metres from the sea.

Suite Carducci is on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building at Viale Carducci 15: 78 m² on two levels and a private 20 m² patio, for up to 6 guests.

You enter a large, bright living room overlooking the Passeggiata, with an open-plan kitchenette. There are two separate sleeping areas, each with its own hallway, shower room and double bedroom: one on the ground floor, which opens onto the patio, and one on the mezzanine. Also on the mezzanine, the small lounge with two single sofa beds overlooks the living room. The mezzanine is recommended for guests up to 1.80 m tall.

The apartment has air conditioning in every room, heating, Wi-Fi that reaches the patio and three Smart TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has a fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, moka pot, kettle and juicer. There is a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, a courtesy set and two hairdryers. On the patio, a table, chairs and a parasol. Cot and high chair on request, two days in advance.

Everything is within walking distance: the sea and beach clubs 50 metres away, the supermarket 50 metres away, the Darsena with its trattorias about 10 minutes away, the station about 1 km away. During the Carnival the floats of the masked parades pass right in front of the building. By train or car: Torre del Lago 6 km, Forte dei Marmi about 18 km, Pisa 28 km, Lucca 34 km, Florence 100 km; the Cinque Terre are easy to reach by train.

Good to know: there is no private parking; you park on the street in public spaces. We welcome you in person on arrival, from 5 pm; check-out is by 10 am. No pets and no parties; no smoking indoors, smoking is allowed on the patio; quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. At check-in we ask for the documents of all guests.
