Step out of the front door and you are on the Passeggiata, facing the beach clubs.

One on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine. Each has its own double bedroom and its own bathroom.

A patio all to yourselves
20 m² outdoors, with table, chairs and parasol. You reach it from the Blue Room.

The living room follows the rhythm of the Passeggiata. The bedrooms face the inner side and keep the noise out.

The floats of the masked parades pass right in front of the building.

A double bedroom on the ground floor, with its own bathroom. The room opens directly onto the patio.

A double bedroom on the mezzanine, with its own hallway and bathroom. Next to it, the small lounge with two single sofa beds.
Private patio
Breakfast in the fresh air, a book, an aperitif at the end of the day.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. We welcome you in person on arrival.
Where can I park?
There is no private parking. You park on the street, in the public spaces of the area.
What is included in the price?
Utilities, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. Final cleaning is shown in the summary, before payment. The municipal tourist tax is not included: €1.50 per day for each adult guest, to be paid in cash at check-out.
How do payment and cancellation work?
When you book, you pay a 20% deposit. The balance is charged automatically to the same card 14 days before arrival; if you book less than 14 days ahead, you pay in full straight away. If you cancel before the balance is due, you only lose the deposit; after that, the amount is non-refundable. If the balance payment does not go through, we will contact you: you have 48 hours to sort it out, after which the booking is cancelled and the deposit is kept.
Can I pay by bank transfer or more flexibly?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates: we will hold them for you and send either our bank details (20% deposit within 48 hours, balance 14 days before arrival) or a link to pay for the whole stay now by card, Klarna or PayPal, choosing how to spread the cost. In this case the stay is non-refundable. Klarna and PayPal assess each request and show their terms before you pay. Borrowing money costs money.
Can you hear the Passeggiata?
The living room overlooks the Passeggiata and follows its rhythm. The bedrooms and the patio face the inner side and are quiet.
Is the mezzanine suitable for everyone?
It is recommended for guests up to 1.80 m tall. The Blue Room and the first bathroom are on the ground floor.
Small children, pets, smoking?
Cot and high chair on request, to be asked for at least two days in advance. We do not accept pets. No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed on the patio.
